Bio
Our story
Established in November 2021, Waterworth Consulting has been going from strength to strength. We credit this to filling a necessary gap in non-profit management and establishing solid long-term partnerships with our clients.
We were founded in response to years of experience in the public sector, Waterworth Consulting identifies and addresses the biggest problems faced by the sector. While INGOs and the UN are absolutely necessary for addressing problems internationally, many programs lack Systems Thinking and Holistic Programming, which affects the agility and innovation needed to enact rapid and efficient social impact projects.
From our initial success in providing services, such as monitoring and evaluation, baseline surveying and research to the non-profit sector in May 2022, we began conducting geopolitical analysis for both the public and private sectors. This program expanded quickly, reflecting the growing need for high-level geopolitical analysis in decision-making internationally.
Today, Waterworth Consulting combines our depth of knowledge internationally to conduct Systems Analysis for clients, including geopolitical analysis, environmental mapping, and country analysis of population and challenges. We then use this data to develop holistic development sector programs and insights for companies to drive efficient, agile and innovative programs that support a more sustainable, greener and resilient future.
